The Façade Improvement Program is intended to encourage building renovations that address blighting conditions by offering financial incentives to property owners who improve the exterior appearance of their Downtown Wapakoneta buildings within the Façade Improvement Program area and Wapakoneta's Historic District. This program is designed to assist building owners committed to the stabilization and repair of existing structures for the long-term benefit of Downtown Wapakoneta.
